Refund Policy
1. Who you are buying from
This depends on where you are, and it changes who to ask for a refund.
Outside Pakistan. Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, their terms apply to the transaction, refunds are issued through them, and they handle sales tax and VAT.
In Pakistan. You are buying from us directly, in rupees. Safepay processes the payment as a gateway; it is not the seller. Refunds are issued by us, back to the card or account you paid with, and any applicable Pakistani taxes are ours to account for.
Your refund rights below are the same either way, and so is the route for asking. Paddle also operates its own buyer terms, and may grant a refund we would not have to — where those terms are more generous than this policy, they win.
2. Billing
Plans bill monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. In Pakistan you are charged in rupees; elsewhere in US dollars, or your local currency where we support it.
3. Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before it ends means no payment is taken.
4. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not end your access immediately. You keep the plan you paid for until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your table drops to the free tier after that.
5. Refunds
If you are unhappy with your first payment for a plan, email us within 3 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
The three days run from the payment, not from the day you signed up. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and you are not charged until it ends, so by the time the window opens you have already had a week of the full plan to decide with.
This applies to your first payment, not to renewals. Cancel before a renewal and it will not be taken — see section 4. After the three days, a payment that has been taken is not refunded, and partially-used billing periods are not refunded pro rata.
Your legal rights come first. Nothing above removes a refund or cancellation right the law where you live gives you, and where that law is more generous than this policy, it is the one that applies. In parts of the EU and the UK, for example, distance purchases carry a statutory cooling-off period longer than three days.
If a technical fault on our side stopped you using Pegasus, contact us whenever it happened — the three days are not the limit there. We would rather fix it and make it right.
6. When the money arrives
Once we approve a refund, it is issued back to the card or account you paid with. Expect it to land within 7 to 14 working days.
Most of that time is your bank's, not ours: the refund leaves us (or Paddle) quickly, and then sits in card-network settlement before it shows on your statement. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays where you are. If it has been longer than 14 working days, write to us with the date you were told the refund was approved and we will chase it.
7. How to request one
Email support@pegasuspartygames.com with the email address you subscribed with. We aim to reply within two working days.
If you paid outside Pakistan you can also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you. If you paid in Pakistan, come to us — Safepay processed the payment but cannot issue a refund on its own, so writing to them will only cost you time.
